You're warmly welcome to Guangzhou, a flower city, where the cloudy mountains are becoming greener, the Pearl River is dancing more gracefully and the whole city demonstrates more of her ready elegance to embrace you, a group of elites coming from around the world. The Second International and Special Medical Services Academic Conference of Guangdong Medical Association and the Third Guangdong International and High-end Medical Forum, are taking place here from November 7 to November 9, 2019. 2019年是我们伟大的祖国母亲七十周年华诞，世界的目光都瞩目在中国，中国也以大国的智慧与担当向世界展示了风采。我们应认识到，高水平的国际医疗服务已成为衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标志，也是满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要的必然要求。

2019 marks the 70th anniversary of our great motherland that catches great attention of the world. With her wisdom and responsibility as a major nation, China has demonstrated her charm to the world. It is universally recognized that high-quality international medical services serve as an important hallmark of a nation’s overall national strength and, inevitably, serve to meet the people’s ever-growing needs for better life.

广东省作为我国“一带一路”的重要支撑和粤港澳大湾区战略的前沿阵地，如何整合优质医疗资源，进一步提升国际化医疗水平显得尤为重要。为此，本次大会特邀国内外涉外与特需医疗相关领域的顶尖专家参与，精心安排了多场特色专题讲座与圆桌讨论，内容包含全国特需医疗形势分析、国内外开展涉外与特需医疗服务经验分享、涉外特需医疗护理服务、涉外特需医疗经济运营管理与高端商业健康保险等，相信本次大会将为大家带来别开生面的学术盛宴，在知识的分享和碰撞中获得新的灵感与收获。

Guangdong Province is an important support for China’s “the Belt and Road Initiative” and a forefront of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area strategy, thus it is of more critical importance about how to integrate high-quality medical resources and further improve the level of international medical care. Therefore, we have invited some domestic and international top experts in the international and special medical care fields. We have arranged a series of special lectures and roundtable discussions, for instance, the analysis of the national special medical situation, the experience sharing of international and special medical services and nursing service at home and abroad, economic operation management for international and special medical and high-end commercial health insurance. We believe that they are unique academic feast prepared for you, from which you will gain inspirations and harvest by sharing of knowledge and interacting with each other.
